RanMar CNC Machining Corp. operates from a 12,000 sq. ft. precision machining facility in Mississauga, equipped with 20+ CNC machines, including advanced Haas machining centers and multi-axis / 5-axis machining capability.

Our facility is designed to support machining of large mold blocks and heavy materials, featuring overhead crane support, a dock-level loading area, and dedicated material storage for high-volume production.

Precision and quality are maintained through a temperature-controlled CMM inspection room with digital measuring equipment, ensuring dimensional accuracy to ±0.001” and beyond, while disciplined machining practices are maintained through 5S and Lean manufacturing principles.

Supported by a skilled machining team and an organized shop floor, RanMar delivers consistent quality and dependable on-time performance. Each project follows documented work instructions and inspection records to ensure consistent quality and full process traceability.
